Privacy
We promise that we will never, ever sell, rent, distribute,
reveal, or otherwise make available any customers personal or
business information. You may, from time-to-time receive notices
via email or phone from Zillionbucks regarding your account,
or available upgrades. Any other solicitations will be sent
by US mail.
Content
We guarantee to respect intellectual property rights and your
copyright in the content you create for your Web sites. We will
only make backup copies of your site and its content, and only
for the purposes of normal system backup requirements. Zillionbucks
believes in freedom of speech; however, any content (written,
visual, or implied) in the following areas will not be tolerated
and is grounds for immediate termination of service: racism
or prejudice due to color, creed, or belief; a prurient or sexual
nature, including, but not limited to, partial or full nudity;
profanity or obscene language; any content not suitable for
minors. We prefer that you self-govern your content. However,
if Zillionbucks is made aware of any questionable content on
a Zillionbucks-hosted site, we will ask that you remove the
objectionable content. If said content is not removed, we will
terminate services and ask you to find services elsewhere.
The use of Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE), Unsolicited Commercial
Email (UCE) or any other form of “spam” is discussed
in detail in the Terms of Service Agreement.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If for any reason you are unhappy with the services you receive
from Zillionbucks during the first 30 days of service, you may
request in writing via email or US Mail that your services be
discontinued at which time your will receive a full refund.
Cancellations
Should you wish to discontinue service with Zillionbucks, you
must either mail or email instructions to us so they arrive
at least 24 hours prior to the end of your service agreement.
Failure to do so may result in unnecessary charges to your account.
There are no refunds or prorations for unused, prepaid hosting
services after the first 30 days.
Refunds
If, for any reason, Zillionbucks fails to deliver said services,
a prorated refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued
if (a.) you choose to terminate services before the end of any
prepaid periods, or (b.) abuse of our stated policies forces
Zillionbucks to terminate your services prematurely. See our
